Minute to Win It: Classroom Style

Why start at the beginning when we're much closer to the end of the school year!  The last week of school was full of fun (and moving and cleaning)...So we played some Minute To Win It games to keep everyone entertained, especially me!

Minute to Win It For the Last Day of School!

Cup Stacker
Stack with 10 cup in a stack.  The student must re stack the 10 cups into a pyramid, shout their team name, and then take them down the fasted to win.  Supplies: Cups (sets of 10)

Dice it Up
The contestants have to place a Popsicle stick or a ruler into their mouth and stack 5 dice one on top of the other under a minute. The dice have to be balanced for 3 seconds at least.  Supplies: Popsicle sticks, dice/blocks

Noodling Around
Contestants are given an uncooked spaghetti strand.  In under a minute, the contestant needs to transfer 5 cheerios using only the spaghetti which is held in the mouth. The contestant should be careful and avoid using hands, or it will result in a foul. Also, if the uncooked spaghetti strand breaks, the game is lost.
Supplies: Spaghetti noodles, cheerios

This one took lots of concentration to just hook one piece of cereal on the noodle.

Baby Blocking
In this game, the contestant has to balance a plate on his head and stack about 5 children's building blocks on it. The stack needs to be balanced without falling for 3 seconds to win.  Supplies: Plate, blocks

There She Blows
10 plastic cups are turned upside down and placed in a row on the table. The participants have to use only a straw and blow the plastic cups off the table. The student that manages to move all the cups off the table wins. Or, the participant that manages the maximum cups in under a minute wins.
Supplies: Straws, cups

**NEW**
Suck It Up
Player must use only a flexible straw in his or her mouth to suck up a mini marshmallow and transport them 1 at at a time to a cup.  Students had 1 minute to transfer as many as possible.
Supplies: Straw, marshmallows, plate, cup, timer

My All Time Favorite:
Face Cookie
Place a cookie on your forehead.  The object is to get the cookie to your mouth by only using your face flinches.   Supplies: Cookies

Students were wiggling their faces to get the cookie from their forehead to their mouth!
